Even though our local real estate market is far from "healed", the Riverfront at Harbour View continues to hold its head above water. At the time of this writing, there are 27 sold properties for the 2012 calendar year. Of the 27 sold homes, 18 were resales and 9 new construction. 9 homes are currently in "pending" status. In 2011, we saw 31 homes close, so if a few close within the next 45 days, we will be right on track.
There are currently 26 homes on the market ranging in price between $445,000-$2,350,000. Two of these homes have contracts on them already and are awaiting contingency release. Of the current inventory, 20 are resales and 6 new construction.

Riverfront at Harbour View heating up!
Sales thru the first 6 months of 2012 are looking good in The Riverfront at Harbour View. Already with 11 closed and another 11 in pending status, The Riverfront is poised to record more sold homes by end of year than 2011's (31) sales.
